Sunday Scrambles
Every Sunday at 12:30 (unless a special event is scheduled) Morningstar has a mixed scramble with A,B,C,D teams made by the pro. The entry fee is $12.00 and players need to sign-up by noon. You need not be a great golfer to participate! Men play from the white tees, and women from the red. There is a closest -to-the-pin prize on at least one par three, and the winner receives a shirt from the shop. The scramble winnings are given out in the form of gift certificates redeemable in the golf shop. The winnings are cumulative throughout the season, and are posted on the MONEY LIST. At the end of the season, if you are a member of Morningstar Golf Club, and you are in first place on the money list, you receive a FREE MEMBERSHIP for the following year. Second place receives 75% off their membership, third place 50% and fourth place receives 25% off. So the more you play and the more you win, the greater your chances at receiving a discounted membership!
